Kiwis can decide whether we keep our current flag or change it to kyle lockwood's ( black ,white and blue design) with a silver fern . witch ever flag wins will become NZ new flag. This is once and a lifetime opportunity for New Zealand to decide what flag they want to represent the country. The two step referendum will cost $ 26 million dollars.
