Goal reflctoin

This week the goal is to organise myself to be ready to learn. I know when I need to tack a break from  my learning, The three things that I choose to do with the goal is 
I am going to have brakes in my learning
I am going to eat a verity of  vegetables and fruit a day.
get ready for bed by 8:15 - 8:30 at night  
I think I have accomplished all theses thing  because I don't feel as tired or hungry as I use to be. In my learning I don't have sore eyes burning my learning. 

The way I have accomplished this is by drinking at lest 3 letters of water. and having  3 brain breaks a day running around with Ayisha .  I have been going to bed at 9 : 25 PM so theses goal are really good  and not tired evey day.
