Learning goal

This week the goal is to orgenise myself to be ready to learn. I know when I need to tack a break from  my learning,
I am going to have brakes in my learning more often like two or three times a day.
I am going to eat a virility of  vegetables and fruit a day.
And get ready for bed by 8:15 - 8:30 at night
